Journaling is a very potent mean to enhance physical and mental health, by addressing the needs of the body, mind, and spirit deliberately and cohesively.
We don’t have to re-invent the wheel. Tapping into others’ thoughts helps clarifying our own. Journaling and collecting quotes are very complementary indeed.
